General Electric has acknowledged this attack and issued a statement which says – “We are aware of claims made by a bad actor regarding GE data and are investigating these claims. We will take appropriate measures to help protect the integrity of our systems,”
The company is hard at work and has ensured that they will be taking extra precautions and bringing in some tighter security measures to protect their data.
