Google Workspace is introducing a new update that aims to improve the integration between Microsoft Outlook and Google Calendar, addressing a common pain point for users who rely on both platforms.
Previously, when a Microsoft Outlook user invited a Google Calendar user to a meeting event, the Outlook user’s display name would not appear in the list of meeting attendees on Google Calendar. However, with the new update, Google Workspace is addressing this issue by ensuring that any Outlook user who organizes a meeting will now be listed as the meeting organizer in Google Calendar.
