Meaning – The term password, refers to a specific string of characters entered by a user and authenticated by the system in determining the useri?s privileges, if any, to access and manipulate the data and operations of the system.
Usually, when you have to access a computer or an account online, the typical procedure is to enter your username and password. While the username can be made public, the password is meant to be strictly private.
Most passwords are comprised of several characters, which can typically include letters, numbers, and most symbols, but not spaces. While it is good to choose a password that is easy to remember, you should not make it so simple that others can guess it.
