Garmin’s New Beta Supercharges Your Forerunner – Here’s What’s Coming

Garmin’s latest beta update is about to turn your Forerunner into a fitness powerhouse. Version 23.09 brings game-changing upgrades to the 165, 255, 265, 955 and 965 models – including custom walking workouts and smarter rep counting for strength training.
