While Young has not heard of any plans for a foldable iPad in 2024, he has heard that Apple is developing a 20.5-inch folding Macbook for 2025. This is not the first time the analyst has suggested this hypothetical technology; both he and Gurman have previously hinted at its development. The Elec reported in December that Apple has begun the development process for a 20-inch gadget, with a projected launch date of 2027 if the project is successful.
