Why the Fitkol NB Series might change the way you think about treadmills

Fitkol has announced the launch of the NB Series of AI-powered treadmills, featuring the SportMind intelligent training system. The series includes two models, the NB2 and the NB6, which utilize a Large Language Model (LLM) agent to manage workout parameters in real time. The official retail launch is scheduled for February 2, 2026, following an early access period that began in late December 2025.

SportMind Adaptive Training System

The SportMind system is designed to automate the adjustments typically made manually on a treadmill console. It functions by analyzing user profiles and real-time physiological feedback. The software monitors heart rate and cadence to adjust speed and incline levels automatically. This process aims to keep the user within an optimal training zone without requiring hands-free or manual intervention during the exercise. The system also supports voice interaction for secondary adjustments to speed or incline.

Joint-Safe Rhythm Control

The NB Series incorporates a feature called Joint-Safe Rhythm Control to address physical stress during running. Because the SportMind system makes adjustments based on heart rate trends, it avoids abrupt changes in belt speed. By maintaining a stable training intensity and gradual transitions between speed intervals, the treadmill reduces the impact and stress on the user’s joints. This control mechanism is intended to prevent injuries associated with the jarring movements often found in traditional interval training.

Hardware Specifications and Power

The NB Series is constructed with a 5.0HP brushless motor manufactured by Bosch. This motor type is designed for sustained power delivery and durability under high-intensity use. The treadmills feature a 20-inch commercial-grade running surface to accommodate various stride lengths and user sizes.

  1. Fitkol NB2: This is the flagship model in the series, featuring a full hardware and software suite.
  2. Fitkol NB6: This model serves as the secondary option, maintaining core AI features with a different physical configuration.

The hardware is designed for a range of fitness activities, including weight management, everyday fitness, and endurance training. The wide running surface and powerful motor are intended to provide a stable platform for both beginners and experienced runners.

Pricing and Global Market Availability

Fitkol has established the following Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Prices (MSRP) for the new series:

  1. NB2: $999
  2. NB6: $899

The company introduced an Early Access program on December 26, 2025.
