The announcement came during the final day of Evo 2024, the biggest fighting game esports tournament, where the GUILTY GEAR series has long-been a competitive mainstay, with its latest installment -STRIVE- setting a franchise record for bracket entries and recently surpassing 3 million players globally. Arc System Works presented a trailer showcasing everything coming to the game throughout its Season Pass 4, including Lucy from Cyberpunk: Edgerunners, who will be entering the ring as the season’s final character in 2025. Her addition to the roster will mark the first time that the long-running fighting game series will feature a guest character.
