Because of the problems, Sony Interactive Entertainment removed the game from the PlayStation Store and issued refunds to anybody who requested one. Nonetheless, Cyberpunk 2077 was able to overcome its flawed debut because of CDPR’s continuous patching and the release of a Netflix animation. The developer revealed in October that it would embark on a sequel to the game called “Orion” that will “further expand the potential” of the sci-fi brand.
