However, the big reveal was not a new bike, but instead a software upgrade called Adaptive Power, which will be available for Cowboy 4 bikes this month. This new feature utilizes sensors and the bike’s accelerometer to adjust the motor’s power based on the rider’s weight, momentum, wind, and even inclines. This improves the bike’s responsiveness and makes it easier to tackle hills and inclines. The update is compatible with the previous system, but the user cannot return to it once they update to Adaptive Power.
