Customers in these locations will also get access to upload speeds that Comcast claims are five to ten times better than what they presently have. Even with the new Gigabit x2 package, upload speeds seem to be limited to 200Mbps, although Comcast wants to alter that. It will provide multi-gig symmetrical speeds next year, allowing for multi-gig download and upload rates.
