Another noticeable change from the macOS Monterey compatibility list is the cessation of major OS upgrades for Apple’s 2013 Mac Pro (dubbed the “Trashcan”). But, considering the machine’s age, not to mention its widely reviled design, I doubt many will be saddened by its demise. Apple is no longer providing updates for any pre-2017 Macs with the Ventura update, which means these machines will receive up to five years of major macOS updates.
