It is unclear whether Apple will still claim the same battery life in the Series 9 and Apple Watch Ultra 2 (which will probably use the new chip too). Currently, the Series 9 claims a battery life of 18 hours, while many users of the Series 8 have reported that they can get two days of use from it. If Apple doesn’t sell the new watch on its battery life, it remains to be seen what else it will add to make it feel different from the Series 8. Nonetheless, it is clear that Apple is always striving to improve its technology and provide better user experiences.
