Apple may be readying an M3 Ultra Chip for Power Users

Obviously, with this kind of power under the hood, it is likely that the M3 Ultra will only feature in the top end Mac models such as the Mac Studio and Mac Pro. With the cheapest of these power performances costing $3,999, it is not going to be aimed at the general user, which fair, considering the average user probably doesn’t need this level of computing power.

As far as the availability is concerned, Gurman believes that the M3 Ultra chip will be released in 2024, most probably at an Apple event. Apple is not one to have individual release event for every product. If we were to guess, they may either announce it at WWDC, or the Mac release event.
