According to reports, Amazon has approved a Spider-Man Noir series

Sony owns the cinematic rights to Spider-Man and his supporting cast members such as Venom, Carnage, Vulture, Black Cat, and others. It also collaborates with Marvel Studios on the current MCU film franchise, which stars Tom Holland.
