No information has been released about whether any of the additional features seen in the I Vision Dee will soon go into production. These included interactive communication, which BMW described as “developing a natural and emotional relationship between human and machine,” as well as animated facial expressions.
From 2025, the Panoramic Vision display will be available in the first NEUE KLASSE (or New Class) models — BMW’s battery and e-motor vehicles. According to BMW, the NEUE KLASSE will include additional BMW iDrive features. However, we will most likely have to wait until September’s IAA Mobility 2023 in Munich to learn more.
