Now, the company has released a partial fix that addresses the issue for My Cloud Home, My Cloud Home Duo, and SanDisk ibi users. These customers have been instructed to enable local access for their NAS drives by using their favorite browser to connect to the device’s dashboard, enabling the Local Access feature, and creating a new Local Access account. The company has confirmed that all customers with a PC can regain access to their files through this workaround.
