In addition, the business is introducing “Directions to Pickup,” a new tool that will employ step-by-step in-app instructions to take passengers from their gate to the airport’s Uber pickup location. Walking ETAs, which will predict how long it will take to travel from your gate to the baggage claim, will also be available “soon,” making it easier to determine when to seek a ride from the service.
