TP-Link has always taken part in Gulf Information Technology Exhibition (GITEX) Technology Week in Dubai but this year we have double the space in GITEX Technology week, says Lucas Jiang, General Manager of TP-Link MEA. “We make sure to participate in GITEX because it is the biggest Electronic & IT trade show in the MEA and it is such an excellent opportunity for us to display & highlight our Complete range of five different Business Unit as SOHO, high-end business series division (SMB), neffos (Smartphone), Accessories and Service Provider (SP) solutions with our new technologies and latest products to the thousands of visitors. The product line we have for this year contains some specialised products, such as Deco M9 Plus Smart Home Mesh WIFI System, & Our first Gaming router C5400X in SOHO & EAP 225 – wall supports MU-MIMO technology with cloud management in SMB we will be able to demonstrate the power of an always on network that operates at top speeds this year’s show,” he adds.
We will also be launching several new products in coming months, including cutting-edge 802.11ax routers and smart Wi-Fi system. Our focus will be on raising awareness around the products. “We have continued to elevate our SMB products in the MEA market with the new technology. It is not just single products TP-Link provides, but whole solutions and even an ecosystem you can get to help your business grow says Mr.Jiang
He said part of company GITEX agenda this year will be to educate channel partners and end user customers on the company’s product roadmap and how this plan fits into the existing portfolio.
Jiang added that in the last 12 months, the TP-link brand has gained a lot of acceptance and won hundreds of projects in the hospitality, restaurant, education and retail sector.
“We are encouraged by the inroads our partners have been having with our SMB products in the market,” he said. “During GITEX, we are always keen to receive feedback from customers and channel partners in areas where the company needs to improve.”
He reiterated that despite challenging market conditions in MEA at present, the company is excited about the opportunity that our products are creating, and we will be going aggressively to promote all the products that were unveiled earlier in the year. Our goal is to add value to businesses by providing pre-sales product training and post-sales support together with our top-of-the-range products and solutions.”
One of the SMB solutions that the company are likely to display at the event include Omada EAP series, praised by IT Pro for the free management software which allows business owners to control hundreds of EAPs from a single location, and JetStream switches which support enhanced traffic management capabilities and easy-to-use web management features. Jiang continued by stressing that consumers will also be treated to displays of the latest smart-home and whole-home products, which is a new trend in the markets, along with TP-Link’s very own smartphone brand, Neffos.
