Taken at face value, the teaser graphic, which contains the wolf, swallow, and obsidian star emblems associated with Geralt, Ciri, and Yennefir in Netflix’s version of The Witcher, doesn’t reveal much. The way Geralt’s wolf medallion — a powerful magical instrument — is shattered in the artwork, however, might be a reference to how Geralt’s original medallion is destroyed in The Tower of the Swallow, the fourth book in Andrzej Sapkowski’s Witcher Saga.
