The step by step guide to set up a meeting on Microsoft Teams

Step 4. Enter the relevant details regarding the meeting into the form provided on the new meeting page. A good practise is to include a relevant meeting name, location of the meeting in case it is an offline event. A description will provide context to the meeting and attendees can read it before joining the meeting.

 

 

Step 5. Click on the ‘Save‘ button once you have set the details for the meeting.
