The Pagani Imola Roadster will officially come with a Twin-Turbo AMG V12

Pagani just dropped the Imola Roadster, and it’s a stunner. Remember that Imola coupe based on the Huayra from over four years ago? Well, now they’ve chopped off the roof, and Pagani’s not ready to say goodbye to the Huayra just yet. This roadster is like Pagani’s magnum opus with the wind in your face.

Wondering about those wild aerodynamics? They’re inspired by the track-focused Huayra R, but here’s the cool part – the Imola Roadster is made for the streets. And guess what? It’s shedding weight like crazy, tipping the scales at just 2,776 pounds before fluids. That’s almost as light as a supermini. But don’t be fooled; this isn’t your everyday hatchback. It’s packing a punch – a massive V12.

Under the hood, you’ve got a twin-turbo, 6.0-liter AMG-developed engine, pumping out a mind-blowing 838 horsepower and 811 pound-feet of torque. The power flows to the rear wheels through a specially crafted seven-speed sequential gearbox by Xtrac. And when you let this roadster loose, it can hit a top speed of 217 mph before the electronic limiter kicks in.

Taking a page from street-legal track beasts, the Imola Roadster rocks Pirelli P Zero Trofeo R tires – 265/30 R20 in the front and 355/25 R21 in the rear, hugging those sleek forged alloy wheels. And when you need to hit the brakes, Brembo’s ventilated carbon ceramic brakes step in. Don’t forget the double wishbone suspension with electronically controlled shock absorbers, adding that extra dash of performance.

As for the price tag, Pagani’s keeping that info under wraps for now. But here’s the inside scoop – the Imola Roadster is as rare as they come, limited to just eight lucky owners. That’s a smidge more common than its coupe sibling, of which only five exist.
