According to a statement made on the private Facebook group for Fiido X E-bike owners, the business got a report of a damaged frame on April 3rd, which Fiido was able to validate in its R&D lab in Shenzhen. “Because this failure is a severe security concern, we are now advising all users to discontinue using X temporarily, as there is a danger,” a Fiido official stated. “By April 12th, relevant recall details, a user protection strategy, a failure cause investigation, and a technical improvement plan will be disclosed.”
