A new study by Encore has revealed a significant knowledge gap between IT teams and employees when it comes to cybersecurity. The survey included 100 C-level executives, 100 Chief Information Security Officers (CISOs), and 500 office workers in the US and the UK. Despite 90% of C-suite executives believing they provide adequate cyber awareness training, more than half of the employees surveyed failed to define what a phishing attack is.
