The Apple TV and Music applications will be available for Windows next year

Microsoft said at its Surface presentation that Apple TV and Apple Music applications would be added to the operating system next year. You’ll be able to see previews of them on the Microsoft Store before the end of the year. As a result, users of Apple’s services will no longer need to rely on a web app or creaky old iTunes to access Apple Music or Apple TV on a Windows PC.

Meanwhile, Xbox users may now download an Apple Music app, a year after the service debuted on the PS5. Since late 2020, Apple TV has been accessible on Xbox systems.

Furthermore, you will be able to access iCloud picture libraries on Windows without using a browser. Next month, everyone will be able to access them using the Windows Photos app. People who are part of the Windows Insider program may test the integration right now by downloading the most recent version of the iCloud Windows app.

Apple’s separate Windows media applications have been in the works for quite some time. As early as 2019, the business was looking for engineers to work on them, the same year Apple introduced distinct Music, TV, and Podcast applications for Mac.
