Natural Cycles has been allowing women to monitor their temperature and menstrual cycle to assess fertility since 2018, and the business claims it is 93% successful at avoiding unplanned births. The FDA and European authorities have previously cleared the software for use on wearables. The technique was tested using Oura rings, but it seems that it has never been deployed on a smartwatch until now.
