OpenAI has admitted that its new Atlas browser is facing constant attacks from hackers using a technique called "prompt injection." While the company is using AI to fight back, they warn that these security risks may never be fully solved as long as AI agents are used to browse the web.
Opera has made its experimental AI-driven browser Opera Neon available to the public. The browser integrates agentic artificial intelligence features that assist users with search, summarization, task support, and browsing workflows. Opera Neon is offered alongside the main Opera browser as a separate experience focused on AI interactions.
