According to the Spotify Tickets support website, you must register a Spotify account in order to purchase tickets, and it seems that printed tickets (or tickets by mail) are not currently supported. To pick up your tickets, Spotify advises you must provide your email confirmation and a valid ID at the venue’s box office.
