The premise of the show is still unknown, but if a television adaptation is made, producers will have a lot of ground to cover. The elaborate Greek-inspired history of God of War, in which you play as the demigod Kratos, begins in 2005 with the release of the first game for PlayStation 2.
The series is now on its eighth installment, God of War: Ragnarok, which is set in the Norse realm of Midgard and is expected later this year.
