Sonos Move 2 Leak Unveils Stunning Design and Exciting New Color – The Evolution of Wireless Sound!

Leaked images of the upcoming Sonos Move 2 have surfaced, offering a glimpse of the redesigned speaker and some of its new features ahead of its expected September 2023 launch. The images, obtained by MySmartPrice, showcase the speaker’s updated design and a striking new green color option.

The images depict the Sonos Move 2 in various lifestyle settings, as well as in isolation against a white background, resembling the type of promotional images typically released by Sonos itself.

One notable addition to the design is a USB-C line-in port on the back, which will require an adapter. Moreover, a touch control volume slider can be seen on the top of the speaker. These changes seem to be influenced by the recently launched Sonos Era 100 and Era 300 speakers.

While the overall design appears to be an evolution rather than a radical departure from the original Sonos Move, the leaked images offer a closer look at the Sonos Move 2 from multiple angles.

Several rumors have been circulating about the Sonos Move 2 since March, and although the new images don’t reveal groundbreaking information, they provide more insight into the upcoming speaker.

Reportedly, the Sonos Move 2 will offer true stereo playback thanks to dual-angled tweeters. It will also feature Automatic Trueplay to optimize audio output regardless of the speaker’s placement.

One of the most significant rumored upgrades is a substantial increase in battery life, with the Sonos Move 2 expected to deliver up to 24 hours of playback time, a considerable improvement over the original Move’s 10-hour battery life.

Additionally, the Sonos Move 2 is said to allow Bluetooth streaming across the entire Sonos home audio system when connected to Wi-Fi, a feature that was absent in the first-generation Move speaker.

All of these details are expected to be officially confirmed within the next month or so, so keep an eye out for an official Sonos event for the full unveiling of the Sonos Move 2.
