Ahead of the upcoming Samsung Unpacked event on July 26, leaks have provided comprehensive details about the pricing and specifications of the Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 tablets.
According to reliable tipster Ishan Agarwal (via SamMobile), the Tab S9 will feature an 11-inch screen, up to 12GB of RAM, 256GB of storage, an 8,400mAh battery, a single-lens 13MP rear camera, and a single-lens 12MP front-facing camera for selfies.
The Tab S9 Plus model is reported to have a larger 12.4-inch display, up to 12GB of RAM, 512GB of storage, and a 10,090mAh battery. It shares the same 12MP front camera as the Tab S9 but adds a dual-lens 13MP+8MP camera setup on the back.
The highest-end model, the Tab S9 Ultra, is said to offer a 14.6-inch display, up to 16GB of RAM, 1TB of storage, an 11,200mAh battery, a dual-lens 12MP+12MP front camera configuration, and a dual-lens 13MP+8MP camera system on the rear. All of these tablets will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor and will come with IP68 waterproofing.
In terms of pricing, it is reported that the Galaxy Tab S9 with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage will start at €929, the Tab S9 with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage will start at €1,049, the Tab S9 Plus with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage will start at €1,149, and the Tab S9 Ultra with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage will start at €1,369.
It’s important to note that these prices are specific to Europe and may not directly translate to other regions. However, they are slightly higher than the starting prices of the equivalent models in the Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 series.
The Samsung Unpacked 2023 event is confirmed for July 26, where the company is expected to unveil the new tablets alongside foldable phones and smartwatches.
