This could be a game-changing breakthrough in computing, with the potential to change the way we work. There have been few significant UX changes in the way we interact with software since the introduction of graphical user interfaces in the 1980s. While voice interfaces such as Siri and Alexa have brought about some changes for consumers, they are limited in scope and do not fundamentally alter the way we interact with software. The ability to simply type an action such as “Help me onboard a new employee” or “Generate a monthly P&L statement” could represent a paradigm shift in UX design.
