There were a lot of rumblings going on about a new Edge device that was in the works at Motorola, and it looks like the rumors were true after all as a recent tweet from the company has basically just confirmed that.
Motorola in a single tweet put up a graphic that has the date of 24th February, which seems to indicate that the company is all set to release a new device in the coming days, but it is unclear whether it will be a single device or a family of them.
The general belief is that the new device being teased is a global variant of the Motorola Edge X30 that is available in China, and it comes with a 6.7″ 1080×2400 144 Hz OLED screen, the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset, 8/12GB of RAM, 128/256GB of storage, a triple rear camera setup (50 MP main with OIS, 50 MP ultrawide, 2 MP depth sensor), a 60 MP selfie snapper, and a 5,000 mAh battery with 68W fast charging. It should run Android 12 from day one.
Stay tuned for updates on the same.
