Microsoft List is available for a test run to people with Microsoft Accounts

According to Microsoft, the preview is built on the “Core of Microsoft Lists” and has some new features such as tabbed views and the ability to add images inline. Unfortunately, the preview is not the full version of the list. Microsoft states that some features of the stock app are missing (although it’s not exactly clear which features). Also, it is not yet available for iOS or Android apps. If you decide to try the preview, be aware that there are some storage limitations. At least there are pretty generous restrictions. You can create up to 50 lists, with a limit of up to 2,000 items per list, and upload up to 200MB worth of videos, files, and images to each list.

The list, first launched in 2020, is still a fairly new product. Basically, users can create, manage, and share various lists across devices and with colleagues. We provide ready-made templates (like most Microsoft products) to meet different needs.
