Schiff points out that this aspect of Verstappen’s character can put him in “risky situations” that might be avoidable. Despite his remarkable driving skills and consistency, his unrelenting pursuit of success can lead to confrontations on the track.
“At the moment, you can’t really fault Max or the team,” Schiff stated on Sky Sports F1. “They’ve not put a foot wrong. Singapore was a special occasion where the car wasn’t quick, but besides that, the team has delivered every time.”
