Android Authority points out that the previous version of Magic Editor lacked error messages, which caused confusion for Pixel 8 owners when their edits didn’t turn out as expected. However with the update users will now receive clearer communication, about what went wrong and enjoy a more user friendly experience.

While it may not be as advanced, as the Magic Editor, the Magic Eraser still utilizes an AI model that can effectively conceal aspects of the image.
