The production version, along with all other electric products from Lexus, will adopt a modular structure that divides the vehicle into three main parts: front, center, and rear. Each of these segments is produced using gigacasting, a process reminiscent of Tesla’s approach. This method offers increased design freedom and rigidity while simplifying production, ultimately making it a cost-effective strategy for manufacturing electric vehicles.
