How to easily convert an Excel sheet to PDF
Step 1. Open the excel sheet that you want to convert to a PDF file.
Step 2. Click on the “File” tab located at the top-left corner of the screen.
Step 3. Select “Save As” from the menu options to create a new file.
Step 4. Click “Browse.” This will let you choose where to save the new file.
Step 5. In the “Save as type” dropdown, choose “PDF” to set the file format.
Step 6. Click on “Options…” and decide whether you want to save the entire workbook, only the active sheets, or a specific selection as a PDF.
Step 7. Click “OK.” This will close the “Options” window and save your settings.
Step 8. Click on the save button and you are done.
