Google code and open-source code went into making the chatbot. Google says that users do not need to share their code to improve the model, as it will learn from conversations. The entire event was dominated by AI announcements, including new hardware using Tensor G2 chips designed with AI in mind. Generative AI will be rolling out to more Google Workspace products and Google search, which will present users with an interactive summary.
