Charles Leclerc and Zhou Guanyu Slapped with Penalties at Hungarian Grand Prix

Leclerc’s penalty was for breaking the pit lane speed limit by 0.7 km/h. While this usually results in a fine for the team during free practice sessions, it comes with a five-second penalty during the race. Unfortunately for Leclerc, this penalty had significant consequences as George Russell finished within five seconds of him at the end of the race, allowing Russell to move up to sixth place and demoting Leclerc to seventh.
