In June 2022, Apple Arcade will receive new Cooking Mama and Frogger games

Apple has enlisted the help of three well-known Japanese developers for its June additions to Apple Arcade. Today, the business announced four games that would be available on the subscription service starting next month, beginning with Konami’s Frogger and the Rumbling Ruins (a successor to the early Arcade classic Frogger in Toy Town), which will be available on June 3rd. On June 17th, Cooking Mama: Cuisine will be released, which will shake up the cooking formula by requiring players to figure out ingredients rather than simply selecting a predefined recipe.

The list is completed with Air Twister, which will be released on June 24th by famed designer Yu Suzuki, best known for titles such as Shenmue and OutRun.

This month’s Arcade releases also included new versions of Badland and Goat Simulator, as well as a kart racer starring characters from Family Guy and King of the Hill. Since its inception, the service has also hosted a number of releases from legendary Japanese game developers, including Fantasian from Final Fantasy creator Hironobu Sakaguchi and World of Demons from PlatinumGames, as well as new or updated entries in series such as Castlevania, Monster Hunter, and Neko Atsume.
