Amazon today announced the launch of a new feature on Alexa that will tell Prime customers up to 24 hours in advance about special discounts. According to Amazon, the new function is intended to assist customers in saving money while also saving time.
Prime members will receive notifications when qualifying products in their wish list or shopping cart, as well as those marked “saved for later,” going on sale. Customers will then be able to ask Alexa to order the items or send a reminder when the promotion is live.
