Acura, like Honda, is aiming for 2040 as the year it will become totally electric. The parent business of the Japanese manufacturer has set a target of selling 60,000 Prologue SUVs in the United States in 2024, 70,000 in 2025, and 300,000 in 2026. More generally, the business says it intends battery-electric and fuel-cell cars to account for 40% of its sales by 2030, 80% by 2035, and 100% by 2040.
It’s uncertain if Precision will be the brand; Honda just registered a trademark for ADX, which would also look great above the dazzling front-end display.
