Geekom is set to introduce its first Qualcomm-powered mini PC, the QS1 Pro, at IFA 2025. This marks a significant new direction for the company, which is leveraging Qualcomm’s Snapdragon X1E-80-100 processor to deliver strong performance in a compact form factor. The QS1 Pro is designed to meet both household and professional computing requirements, highlighting energy efficiency and robust hardware credentials.
The processor at the core of the QS1 Pro features 12 Oryon CPU cores with clock speeds up to 4.0 GHz, supported by an Adreno X1-85 GPU rated at 3.8 TFLOPS and a Hexagon NPU capable of 45 TOPS for accelerated artificial intelligence and machine learning workloads. Memory configurations scale up to 64GB of LPDDR5-5600 RAM, and the system supports as much as 4TB of PCIe 4.0 x4 M.2 2280 storage, providing ample resources for demanding tasks and data-intensive applications.
The mini PC is housed in a compact aluminum chassis, measuring 13.5 cm in width, 11.55 cm in depth, and 3.45 cm in height. The exterior is equipped with multiple ports to enhance connectivity and flexibility. Front-facing features include four built-in microphones, two USB 3.2 Type-A ports, a 3.5mm audio jack, and a power button with an integrated fingerprint reader for Windows Hello security. The rear panel offers an additional USB 3.2 Type-A port, one USB4 port, HDMI 2.0, DisplayPort 1.4, and a 2.5Gb Ethernet port. The sides are fitted with a MicroSDXC card reader and a Kensington lock slot for added convenience and security.
The QS1 Pro will ship with Windows 11 Pro preinstalled and boasts modern wireless connectivity with Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4. Geekom positions this product to provide efficient everyday computing while keeping energy consumption low, which may help users reduce electricity costs.
