Google has made accessing Gmail offline with a new web app boosting your productivity and preparing for the times when there is no internet access on your computer. How to enable Gmail offline on your computer?
- Gmail offline only works on chrome browser as of now Google will be releasing apps for other browsers once they support the functionality.
- Install the Gmail offline chrome extension.
- Launch the Gmail offline web app by opening a new tab in Chrome; In the new tab pane you will see a Gmail Offline Icon.
- Click on enable Gmail offline and sign in with your Gmail id and password.
