One of the easiest ways to save information quickly from a webpage is to take a screenshot. Windows 10 allows you to markup the screenshots you take and share the edited screenshots with your friends or colleagues.
In the past, there was no way way to convert these screenshots to PDF format. You needed to use third party software which usually didn’t produce the best outputs. Now, Microsoft has added in a nice little feature within the Windows 10 OS which allows you to convert your screenshot to PDF format.
In this tutorial, we will show you how to convert a screenshot to a PDF in Windows 10.
Step 1. Locate the Screenshot you want to convert to PDF and Right Click on it.
Step 2. In the drop down menu, hover over the open with option and click on ‘Photos‘.
Step 3. Once it opens in the Photos app, click on the ‘three dot icon‘ on the top right hand side.
Step 4. From the drop down menu, click on the ‘Print‘ option.
Step 5. In the print settings, under the printer option, click on ‘Microsoft Print to PDF‘.
Step 6. Click on the ‘Print‘ option to convert the screenshot to PDF.
You can now easily share this PDF in your chats or emails.
