Open the web browser on your PC/Laptop.
In the URL bar, type in www.facebook.com.

Sign in to your Facebook account.

 

 

Tap on the little triangle icon on the top right-hand side of the Facebook Home page.

 

 

From the drop-down menu, click on the ‘Settings‘ button.

 

 

In the left pane, click on the ‘Security and Login’ option.

 

 

Click on the ‘Change Password’ option.

 

 

Enter your Current Facebook login password followed by the new password you want to set.

 

 

Click on the ‘Save Changes’ option to successfully change your password.

Ideally, you should change your password every month or two in order to maintain a consistent level of security for your social accounts.
