Echo Check

Meaning – An echo check, is a check that is performed to check whether the data that was sent from the sender to the receiver, is correct and in the format required for the completion of the process or the task.

In order to this, the data that has been received is sent back to the host computer, and the two copies are compared in order to confirm the successful transmission of the data.

This process is also used to check the accuracy of the transmission of data in which the received data is returned to the sending end for comparison with the original data.

Example of usage “Since she sent the files to the receiver for the first time, she decided to perform an echo check to check the accuracy of the transmitted data.”
