Meaning – The phrase ‘ease of use’ is an attribute that determines how easy the product or software is, to use and handle, by the users. The ease of use attribute is determined by the designers, according to a checklist of parameters that they have for reference.
Depending on how the designers feel about the product, they rate their creation on the checklist, and that is the ease of use-value that customers see while first buying the product.
However, the brand responsible for the product also offers a select bracket of consumers to perform the same rating, and this, along with the rating given by the designers, is considered to be the true ease of use score fo the product or software.
Example of usage – “He designed the product that scored the maximum points in the ease of use review within the designers, and his customers shared the same sentiment.”
