Deep Computing

Meaning – Deep computing, or Deep learning, is an artificial intelligence function, that essentially imitates the working of a human brain, to develop patterns for data processing and decision making in computing tasks.

Deep computing is used in for detecting objects, recognising speech, translating languages, and making decisions.

One of the stand out features of deep computing, is that it requires no human supervision, as the computer learns from the data that it has and the data that evolves after multiple iterations. The data can be unlabelled and even unstructured. Deep computing can unravel huge amounts of unstructured data that would normally take humans decades to understand and process.

Deep computing is also known as deep neural learning or deep neural network.

Example of usage“The bank started using deep computing to detect fraudulent activities on their platform, and relieve the employees from this task, which has less scope for allowing human errors.”
