Meaning – In computer user interfaces, we generally use hypertext links to redirect to media contents such as images, videos, documents, etc. These links are interactive and can be placed anywhere on the website, word document, excel sheets and even be attached in messages on social media or other messaging platforms.
Now, when we create a hypertext link that links or redirects to other hypertext links, to is called a category link. This is useful when we need to link content on multiple websites, and rather than struggling to link to a specific element, we can simply create a link that redirects to the link for the second website.
